Shipping for different product types
Some of my shop items are shipped by me, and some are shipped by the printer/fulfillment center. If you order items of both types, those shipped by me & items shipped by the printer, you will have to separate shipping costs and your order will arrive in two parts. It’s a bit of a pain, I know…one day I’d love to carry stock & ship it all from here, but that’s not possible yet. Eventually! :)
For items shipped by me, I’ll prep & mail your order within the processing time stated on the product page.
For items shipped by the printer, the order is received by them and then printed, packaged, and shipped according to the time on those product pages.
For a breakdown of which items are which & their shipping costs:
- Shipped by me: Lip balms & stickers – $5 flat rate shipping
- Shipped by printer: mugs & art prints – shipping cost varies based on your location in the US/Canada, depending on number of items & if you choose First Class or Priority

Shipping within the United States & Canada
You can choose USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail when you check out. First Class is usually all you need & I’ve not yet had any problems with balms melting, even in summer. Also, delivery time is pretty decent with First Class, usually a few days after it actually ships. Your items will be traveling from the middle of the west coast of Florida, so take that into consideration. Unless you need your items SUPER fast, First Class should do the trick with no problems.
Note that during the holidays, shipping & processing times will change; I’ll have info on the site once I know what the changes will be. :)
I currently do not offer international shipping because the prices have risen so much. However, if you live outside of the U.S. and would like to order, please contact me and tell me where you want your items shipped to, and I am happy to find out how much shipping would be and then you can decide if it’s worth it. :)
Because of the personal nature of bath & body products, I can’t accept returns on lip balms. But if there is a problem with your order, please contact me right away so I can replace it or refund your purchase price (shipping is not refundable). I want you to be happy with your order!
If you have a problem with a non-balm order, please contact me & we can arrange a return or exchange.
Also, please know that once an order is in the hands of the post office, I cannot be held responsible for delays or problems occurring during shipment. All orders will have tracking info & I’m happy to help you try to locate a missing package.
