Most items in the shop are digital downloads – this means that as soon as your payment goes through, you will be shown a screen that has your download links on it. You will also receive an email with your download links, and you can log into your account at any time to download the items you purchased.
Be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t see the emails after you order.
How to unzip/extract your downloaded files
The items that you download will be .zip files. Here is how to extract them:
- Mac desktop: Double-click a .zip file to extract all the contents.
- PC desktop: You can double-click the .zip to open the folder & view the contents, but then you need to actually drag all the contents to a new folder/location to fully extract them. You can also right-click the .zip file and choose “Extract.”
- Mobile devices: You’ll need to install an unzip app, then open it, navigate to your .zip file, and uncompress it via the app.
Shipping for different product types
In addition to digital downloads, I also offer items that are printed by a fulfillment center and then shipped to you (mugs, etc).
If you order physical items that require shipping, when you place your order it is sent to the printer. They then print, package, and ship your order according to the time frame listed on those individual product pages.
If you order digital downloads and physical products, your digital downloads will be available right away after payment processes (they are not delayed by the shipping time of the physical product). Your physical products will then follow the usual processing/shipping time as listed on its product page.

For downloadable items, once the item is downloaded, I cannot offer a refund.
However, if there is a problem with your file(s), let me know right away and I will fix it or offer a replacement.
If you have a problem with a printer-based order, please contact me & we can arrange a return or exchange.
A note about shipping for physical products: Please know that once an order is in the hands of the post office, I cannot be held responsible for delays or problems occurring during shipment. All orders will have tracking info & I’m happy to help you try to locate a missing package.
